..it pours.

Guatemala is a lovely temperature… apparently the climate is considered  “An Eternal Spring. This means… lovely warm sunny weather – not too hot… just right – mixed with sudden light rainfalls and rolling thunderstorms…

This certainly makes for an interesting day here. I am used to a lifetime of rainy days and damp weather, having grown up in the lower mainland of Beautiful British Columbia, Canada, but this is a nice change… since the rains seems to come for a few minutes, hours or a day… soon replaced by a sunny Spring time day.

It feels like summer turning to Autumn in the blink of an eye and back again…

Randy Hryhorczuk is an artist based in Whitby, Ontario, specializing in oil painting and linocut printmaking. With over 25 years of experience, Randy creates portraits, abstracts, still life (including pay phones and mall rides), and urban landscapes (featuring billboards and streets) from his art studio. He has participated in community-based arts initiatives, art fairs, and juried art exhibitions both as a participating artist and as part of an organizing team.
